Highly Recommend Ultra Windows
We were referred to Randy by a neighbor who had Ultra Windows replace their windows. After seeing the transformation the upgraded windows made in their home and hearing first hand about the professional installation, we knew we had to call and get another bid. We met with Randy and he was such a refreshing change from other contractors, very informative and patient, never once pushing us for a quick decision. His bid to replace all of our windows was more than fair. This is a man of integrity and it was a real pleasure to work with him. But the real story is the installation crew! Led by Jorge, these guys are the best at what they do and they don’t take shortcuts. Each and every window is square, sealed with expanding foam, and finished off with the straightest caulk line I have ever seen. They treat your home as if it were their own, protect floors and furnishings, remove window treatments and put them all back in place. As a engineer, I am very detail oriented when it came to making decisions about windows and installations. UltraWindows was an A+ company to deal with. Randy was incredibly patient with all my questions and concerns, and really catered to my level of detail. We went with a Don Young thermally broken Aluminum style window, both retrofitted in brick and behind new siding. UltraWindows does an outstanding job of installation, both in foaming, fixing, taping and caulking the windows, but explaining this process in detail. They literally left no footprint upon leaving, with their clean-up as detailed as their installation. I even had to get a window replaced due to a mix-up, and Randy worked quickly to make this happen with no fuss. Choose these guys – you will not regret it.
A great experience, from start to finish!
I received quotes from three companies, and did a great deal of research on line before I chose Ultra Windows. Part of the reason was that there was absolutely no hard sell from Randy and he offered three very different options, giving me complete control over the amount I decided to spend. I was looking for value but wanted good windows. It was also immediately clear that his approach to business is deeply ethical–he demonstrates real personal integrity. Proof of this is not only his happy customers like me, but that his very skilled and experienced installers have worked with him for many years. They were in our house for two long days and were consistently hard working, sensitive to mess and noise, and very polite. Within a few minutes, we were all completely relaxed having Randy’s crew in the house. The best part? Apart from the good fortune of finding such a reliable and honest company to do business with–which is HUGE!–my house looks just amazing now, with beautiful new windows installed. Plus, we immediately noticed how warm the house had become. Our only drafts are from the fireplace now (better deal with that next, I guess!) and the house is even much quieter than before. Ultra Windows did an amazing job. I cannot say enough about them, from the excellent quality of the project to their professionalism, friendliness, and cleanliness. I have recommended Randy to everyone I know because I think he does such a great job. I interviewed 5 different window companies and Randy was so much more professional than the others. He gets back to you on time and gives you a professional quote on paper. When I went to him with a less-expensive quote, he gave me another, alternative window option to bring the price down. His crew was prompt and sensitive about the time of the project. They also were cautious in making sure that they cleaned up everything and did not leave any glass pieces around, which was important for us with small children. This was a big project — the windows for our entire house — and we love the way everything turned out. The house looks so much better, and we are planning to hire Randy again for some doors that we want to replace. Ultra Windows replaced our 21 windows in June 2019 with Don Young aluminum windows. Randy Swearingen was informative and professional. The installation crew did an excellent job in only 2 days and the price was competitive.
Our experience with Ultra Windows was exceptional
We purchased 41 custom Okna 900 series composite double pane windows with Low-E55/27 & Argon panes with internal and external grids from Ultra Windows. Following more than a year of painstaking research and shopping for windows in a market place full of high-pressured sales pitches, exaggerated performance claims, and often times, contradictory information, the sales process with Randy was refreshingly informative, professional, and low-keyed. Negotiations on the final window price and installation were matter-of-fact and fair. Jorge and his dream team of window installers were among the most professional tradesmen to have ever worked on our home. Each day of the week-long installation process was characterized by thorough preparation, non-stop work, and perfectionistic cleanup. Along the way, Jorge eagerly answered all of our questions and addressed any of our concerns with his immediate attention. The Okna windows with straight-lined caulking have transformed the street appeal of our west-facing 25+ year old home and continues to be the talk-on-the-block. The reduction of street noise has been exceptional, and more importantly, we have already seen a drop in our electricity bill. We are very pleased with Ultra Windows and have recommended Randy to our friends and family.
We love the windows and their customer service
The whole team was careful to clean up after themselves. They respected my home and did a really thorough job of installing the windows. The whole process was easy for me as well. The manager communicated when they’d be arriving each day and each day made sure they cleaned up before they left. They work fast but not so fast that they dont dona thorough job. We had over 60 windows and they finished a day earlier than I expected. They rehung all blinds and took stickers off windows. The crew is very good at what they do and our windows look great. I’m also freezing in my house w air set at 77 in Hot TX August, so I would say the windows are good quality and installed right.
Unbelievable experience
We did a ton of research on replacement windows. We interviewed several companies and narrowed it down to 2 companies. We decided to us Randy’s company which turned out to be an awesome decision. Randy replaced 54 windows and 2 doors. The installation crew, led by George, is amazing. They cleaned up everyday. We literally had no residual junk or glass left behind. We had minimal touch up when they were done. This company is amazing. I would highly recommend Ultra Windows to anyone looking at replacement.
Very glad I went with Ultra Windows
I had three bids for the replacement windows and slider in my house. Ultra was not eh lowest nor the highest, but they had performed the replacement on my neighbor’s house and he was exceptionally glad. I could not be happier with the experience and the end product. Great Company
Ultra Windows did a great job replacing our windows. Randy (the owner) is very knowledgeable and can give you multiple options. We went with the thermally broken aluminum windows and couldn’t be happier. The installation process went without a hitch. Jorge and his crew are very detailed oriented and they did a great job. They were here for three days and would do a section of the house each day. All of our furniture, cabinets, etc. were covered with plastic to keep them clean during the install. They didn’t just calk each window, they also insulated with foam so the windows are all sealed tight. And they don’t rush through the job. They take the time to make sure each window is perfectly fit. At the end of each day they cleaned up whatever was in the yard or in the house. We are very pleased with out decision to use Ultra Windows and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great Company
We replaced approximately 50 windows in our home with Okna 500 DX double hung vinyl windows. The windows are beautiful, quiet and our home feels very comfortable. We talked with at least three different window dealers and considered NT presidential windows as well as Anderson. We absolutely made the best decision! While the window quality is important, who installs them is equally if not more important. Randy and his crew are honest, professional and very attentive to details. They were in our home for 6 days and each day when they left, their tools were neatly stored and there was no trash anywhere. In this day and age, it is refreshing to find a company that prides itself in quality work and great customer service.

Ultra Windows installed our windows a few years ago. I’ve posted a review previously, but I want to add this: Today my wife was standing inches from one of the windows when a golf ball hit right at her head (we live “on” a golf course). It scared the heck out of her but the golf ball bounced off. It didn’t even leave a mark on the screen. If we had still had our single pane windows she would have been hit by the ball and had glass shards hit her. I know because we had had 3 broken windows before having our windows replaced. Thank goodness for Ultra Windows!
Did a thorough and professional job from estimate to installation.
We had 14 windows to replace and they all fitted exactly. We found some water damage to wooden parts of the frames and the guys replaced them also. The windows are aluminum, bronze colored, double-glazed and argon filled. Very pleased with the quality and installation. Would recommend to anyone looking to have the same done.

Ultra Windows replaced 18 windows in my home 6 months ago and I couldn’t be more pleased. I did my research and contacted four other highly rated companies before finding Randy and Ultra Windows. What sold me on Randy was his knowledge of windows, the product he offered, and his straight forward no pressure approach. His quote wasn’t the lowest, but it wasn’t the highest either. Yet, based on my own research, the Okna window he recommended for my home was far superior to the windows offered from the other installers I contacted. Randy offers a wide range of window types and models to choose from. He took the time to discuss what features I wanted and what would look best on my home. Randy was very clear about how long it would take to order the windows, how long installation would take, and exactly how the process would work. The windows arrived and he was able to start my job earlier than promised. Jorge and his install team were very professional and respectful. They clearly have an abundance of experience as they made the process look easy. I felt they did additional work that most installers would not, such as adding spray foam in the walls around the window to improve the insulation and reduce air flow. The team worked long days, and even with the extra installation steps, the 18 windows were installed in under two days. Jorge answered all of my questions. The most telling sign of professional work was the cleanliness of the house and yard at the end of the job. Instead of simply breaking the old windows, they carefully removed each pane. I did not find a single piece of broken glass, which is fantastic when you have kids and dogs running around. Any debris was vacuumed or picked up. When you spend so much money on a home improvement, it needs to be done right. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Randy and his team again in the future. After seeing what the other companies offer and charge, I know Randy provides more knowledge, a better product, and a better installation for a fair price.
I was VERY please with my experienced with Ultra Windows
I was VERY pleased with my experience with the Ultra Windows Team. From Randy the owner, to the awesome installers, led by Jorge, that showed up. They were a first class operation from start to finish. They replaced all of the windows in my house in just a little over a day, and did a superb job. We have already noticed a huge difference in how quiet it is in the house with these awesome windows, and can already tell how much better our HVAC system works because the house is so much “tighter”. I highly recommend Ultra Windows for anybody who is interested in upgrading their windows.
Could not be happier
We had Randy and his crew replace all 50+ single pane aluminum windows in our 1990s home a few months ago. This was a large job and Randy guided us through the whole process. Until we met with Randy we had focused on vinyl replacement windows but after talking with Randy, we were sold on the advantages of going with the double paned thermally improved aluminum. Randy also brought our attention to using bronze windows instead of white like the original windows. He showed us many pictures and sent us to another customer who had installed bronze windows in their home. We took about 6 months to decide and Randy didn’t hound us during that time. When we were ready, Randy honored the same quote we had previously received even though 6 months had passed. This was a large job that took 5 full days. We were so impressed with the crew. They stayed until dark every day and cleaned up each and every day. Our house didn’t feel like it was under construction at all. Randy came by and visited throughout installation to check and make sure we were happy. We changed the size 3 windows which required coordinating with a brick mason which Randy handled seamlessly. We could not be happier with our decision to use Ultra windows. The caulk lines are immaculate and I was shocked we didn’t need to do any paint touch up at all anywhere in the whole house. The windows made a huge difference to the look of our home both from outside and inside, not to mention not feeling the heat and cold like we used to with the old windows. The front of our home gets evening sun and we used to feel the heat of the evening sun coming through our large foyer windows, but not anymore. The product and service Ultra offers is top notch and we get so many compliments on the windows. We would not hesitate to recommend Randy to anyone or to use his services again in the future. We has 23 windows installed in our house
Ultra Windows is Fantastic! we had 23 windows installed and everything went perfectly. Ordering the windows from Randy was very easy. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The installations took 3 days. The crew was the 4 hardest working guys I have ever met. They arrived at my house around 10am and didn’t leave till after 7pm every day. They all were very nice and professional. They took their time and left the house cleaner then when they arrived. I will absolutely recommend Ultra Windows again.

This was an absolute wonderful experience for us from beginning to end! Randy and his crew were awesome to work with! We notice several times during the installation how particular the crew was in making sure every detail was perfect! There was no mess; they covered everything up to make sure it would be dust free, nothing was left outside and everything was back in place when they left! They even cleaned the windows! We are in awe at the difference it has made in our home!!! I would highly recommend Ultra Windows to anyone, and would be proud to show them mine!!!!! My house looks new!!!!!

Ultra Windows came highly recommended, and I’m so glad we went with them when replacing 17 windows in our home. The new windows look amazing, and Randy’s crew was very professional. They did an excellent job! A few months after installation, I noticed a problem with the film on one of the windows, and Randy ordered the new window and had the manufacturer out within 2 weeks to replace it. He promises to take care of you, and he does!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Randy and Jorge and their crew. They replaced all of the windows and outside doors in our house, and every step along the way was professional and on time. Before we found Ultra Windows, we had some very unpleasant experiences with window salesmen-extremely high-pressure sales pitches that were low on substantive information and suspiciously opaque in their pricing. Randy is nothing like that! He’s the real deal–knows everything about windows (including window issues specific to Texas) and gave real, informed advice about what would work best for our house (without trying to sell us on anything more than we needed). Everything about our experience with Ultra Windows was upfront and professional, and their work was top-notch. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
We cannot imagine a better service!
When we decided to replace all the 21 windows in our home we did not know anything in advance about windows types, materials, designs so we started contacting a few of the well known brands in our area. We had quite a few in-home window presentations, all with an almost identical speech and sale pressure tactics that made us uncomfortable. Fortunately we heard about Ultra windows and give it a try, although it was not the most well known company for us. We were very glad we did it! Randy, came and presented to us different window materials and designs that were within our budget, he was very informative and give us advice on the type of windows that would fit our needs. And he also explained to us the installation process and timeline. But, most importantly, he gave us the impression of an honest person and was never pushing us to make any quick decision. And on top of that, his bid was highly competitive! The positive experience continued during the installation process. The crew was very professional and did the replacement job (of 21 windows) in only 1 1/2 days, always cleaning the site before they left. We would definitely recommend Ultra windows! Update: after having the new windows for almost 2 years now, one of them presented a crack in one of the glasses. I contacted Randy to find out how to replace it and he immediately took care of this and sent a person to replace the broken glass, covering all the associated costs. We cannot imagine a better service!

The quote process was quick and easy. Randy explained and quoted the different window options. No gimmicks or high pressure sales, just honesty and integrity. The Ultra window crew did a fantastic job. They moved and protected all our furniture from dust and damage. They moved everything back in place and cleaned up before they left. Our house was cleaner when they finished than before they started. The installation quality is great. The crew takes a lot of time ensuring all the gaps left after the old windows are removed are filled with insulating foam. After the new windows are installed, every little opening is filled with more foam before the final caulking is applied. The windows look and function great. Randy personally stops by and checks progress during installation and answer any questions.

We replaced all of our 25 year old single pane windows with new aluminum thermal break double pane windows purchased from and installed by Ultra Windows. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of all of the workers. George and his crew were, perhaps, some of the best workers we have ever had in our home. Excellent Choice!
We had seen some work on other neighborhood houses that had been done by Ultra Windows, and when we decided to replace all of our old windows, we contacted Randy Swearingen. Our replacement windows look incredible and were done at a reasonable price. Not cheap, but well worth it for the result. We were able to work with Randy well and they had the job done quickly and professionally.

I had heard from different sources that Randy and company ran a 5 star operation and I was not disappointed. I cannot wait to see my next electricity bill as the comfort factor is much higher in my home. Some of my windows were original windows in my 1935 structure. After meeting with 4 other window company’s, Randy from Ultra windows was the clear choice to go with. If you are shopping for windows call Ultra! From start to finish my wife and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience and Randy was there every step of the way. Even when the job was completed Randy came by to make sure that we were completely satisfied and If we ever have any problems with the windows that he would always be there to take care of it. Couldn’t be Happier
The Ultra Windows crew of 4 did an absolutely beautiful job replacing our old windows. No glass was broken and not a single spec of mud or dirt was tracked into my house even though it had rained every day the week before and it rained two of the three days they worked on the windows. Everything was covered with a drop cloth and the floor was covered with blankets. They also swept up before they left every day. All the reviews we had read seemed to be too good to be true, but they were not, they were just accurate. I have never had a more professional crew work in my home and never had a more professional job done inside and out. I wish I could hire them when I need other work done. They even reconnected the alarm sensors to each window, and verified that they all worked. As for the benefits of the new windows, we have not had then long enough to “see” the difference in our utility bill, but we can definitely ” hear” the difference. It is quieter in our den where we watch television. We have lowered the volume on the sound system quite a bit. So far it seems to be cooler in the house, but we will revisit that in August when it really gets hot.

We recently had the white Vanguard Sunrise windows installed. Randy is highly qualified, professional and very knowledgeable. He was patient and answered all of our questions as we went through the bid process. The installation was top notch from start to finish. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up their mess. Based on Randy’s recommendation we decided to enlarge the panes on the grids, which was an excellent decision. From start to finish, Randy and his crew were one of the best. No more drafty windows and we are just waiting for our electric bill to reduce!
