Ultra Windows has a 15 year history of exceeding expectations. While many Houston window companies focus on offering the lowest price, by selecting their products and installers based on cost, we focus on providing our customers with the very best value. All of our exclusive products have been carefully selected based on their efficiency, durability, and beauty. Our Ultra weather tight installation system far exceeds the typical caulk-and-walk method utilized by most of our competitors. We would appreciate an opportunity to show in writing how our products and service are the best value in Texas.

Yes we do. Every house is different, as is every budget. Therefore, we offer the largest selection of windows in Texas – vinyl, fiberglass, thermally-broken aluminum, and wood. We’ll spend as much time as necessary to help you choose the right replacement windows for your home.
Within three days of contract signing, we will take exact measurements, and submit the order to the manufacturer. Your replacement windows will typically arrive within 4 – 6 weeks, and installations can usually be completed within two days, depending on the number of windows being replaced.
To maintain the high standards that we believe our customers deserve, we only employ one crew. We have used the same single crew for the past eight years.
Yes, prior to installation, all window coverings (wood shutters are typically an exception) should be removed. However, if you prefer, you can leave them in place and we will take them down when we arrive. We will also reinstall them at no charge to you, however we will not be responsible for any resulting damage.
No, removal and reinstallation of your alarm contacts is our responsibility.
Depending on how far you live from our warehouse, the crew generally arrives between 9:45 am – 10:30 am. We will usually work until dark each day. If this poses a problem for you, please let us know and we will do our best to work around your schedule.
In order to remove the old windows, without damaging the brick and sheetrock, we must destroy your original windows. We do recycle the aluminum, and the glass is dumped.
Yes we do. Prior to beginning the installation, drop cloths will be put down to protect the floors and plastic will be draped over your furniture. Before we leave, all debris will be removed and the floors in the work areas will be vacuumed.
Our installers will do their very best to avoid damaging your plants and shrubs. We need two feet of clearance in front of the windows, on the interior and exterior. If your plants are within two feet of the windows, you might want to have them pruned back prior to installation. We make every effort to avoid damaging your plants, but we cannot be responsible for plants that are directly in the work area.
Upon arrival, the crew leader will assess the job and make a determination of where to start. If you have a preference, please let us know and we will accommodate you.
Yes, we offer a variety of financing options, including no-interest loans, through GE Capital.
"When you're getting replacement windows, you're buying both the product and installer, and either can make or break the job. We had Ultra Windows install fiberglass windows, and have been extremely pleased with both the installation and product." –T. Evans
